Terms of Service — MobileStudio

01Using MobileStudio

You may use MobileStudio only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

02Your account

Where MobileStudio requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and for activity associated with your account.

03Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or provide to MobileStudio, including app recordings, screenshots, videos, and other materials you upload or process.

You give MobileStudio only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide the service you request. MobileStudio does not claim ownership of your content.

04Acceptable use

You must not use MobileStudio to:

—Violate applicable laws

—Infringe intellectual-property rights

—Upload content you do not have permission to use

—Attempt to compromise or interfere with the service or other users

—Abuse, reverse engineer, or misuse the service, except where applicable law permits it

05Subscriptions and payments

3-day free trial$9 / month$99 lifetime

Monthly: you receive a 3-day free trial and are charged $9/month after the trial, according to the purchase terms shown at checkout.

Cancellation: monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. Payments already completed are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Lifetime: the $99 lifetime plan is a one-time payment and does not renew. “Lifetime” means continued access to the MobileStudio product for as long as the lifetime offering remains available and subject to these Terms.

06Refunds

Payments already completed are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or explicitly offered by MobileStudio. Cancelling a monthly subscription does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period.

07Free trial

MobileStudio currently offers a 3-day free trial. At the end of the trial, the selected monthly subscription may begin and be charged according to the purchase terms shown before checkout. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

08Intellectual property

MobileStudio's software, branding, design, trademarks, website, and other original materials belong to MobileStudio or its licensors and may not be used without permission, except as permitted by law.

09Service availability

MobileStudio may change, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

10Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where these Terms are violated, or in cases of abuse, fraud, or legal requirement.

11Disclaimers

MobileStudio is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MobileStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

13Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MobileStudio after an update means the updated Terms apply to your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of MobileStudio will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA.
