MobileStudio (“MobileStudio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you when you use MobileStudio, our website, and our applications.
We aim to collect and use only the information that is necessary to provide and improve the service.
02Information we collect
Account information
Where MobileStudio requires an account, we collect only the information needed to create and maintain it, such as the identifier you sign up with. We do not ask for personal information that is not needed to give you access to the service.
Payment information
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the payment provider used for the platform you buy through. That provider handles your payment details, and MobileStudio does not store full payment-card information. We receive only the confirmation needed to activate and maintain your access.
App and device information
MobileStudio uses the device permissions required for the features you choose to use, such as screen recording and access to media you select. Permissions are requested by your operating system at the moment they are needed, and you can review or withdraw them at any time in your device settings.
Content you provide
Recordings, videos, images, app screenshots, and other files you intentionally provide are used only to create the videos you ask MobileStudio to create. Your content belongs to you, and we do not use it to advertise, train models, or promote MobileStudio without your permission.
Usage information
Where MobileStudio uses diagnostic information such as error logs or crash reports, it is used to keep the app stable and to fix problems. This information is not used to build advertising profiles, and MobileStudio does not use advertising trackers.

You can remove content you created in MobileStudio at any time, and you can ask us to delete information associated with your account.

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No service can promise absolute security, so we ask you to keep your own account credentials and devices protected as well.

You can review and update the information associated with your account, manage or cancel your subscription through the platform you purchased it on, and adjust the device permissions MobileStudio uses at any time. If you would like your account or personal information deleted, email us and we will action your request.
08Children's privacy
MobileStudio is not intended for children under the applicable minimum age where such restrictions apply.
09Third-party services
MobileStudio uses third-party services only where they are necessary to operate the product, such as processing payments and distributing the app through the App Store and Google Play. Those services handle your information under their own privacy policies.
10International data transfers
MobileStudio is available internationally, so information may be processed in a country other than the one you live in. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure it continues to be handled in line with this policy.
